Electrodeposition coating (Cathodic/Anodic Electrodeposition, also known as ED or E-coating) is a surface treatment technology that uses electrochemical principles to uniformly deposit paint particles onto the surface of metal screws.

Superior Corrosion Resistance:

The E-coating layer forms a highly dense barrier against moisture and salt spray corrosion. Standard black E-coated screws typically achieve 72 to 96 hours in the Salt Spray Test (SST).

Premium Aesthetic Finish:

Commonly available in matte black or gloss black, it offers strong adhesion and high resistance to peeling—delivering a superior tactile and visual quality compared to traditional black oxide or black zinc plating.
